Born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida, Chef Andrea is no stranger when it comes experiencing different cuisines.

"I remember my mom showing me something different to cook almost everyday. She taught me all of my basic cooking skills which I still implement to this day" 

 

   With 15+ years in the industry, Chef Andrea has worked her way up from mom & pop restaurants to building her skills in the fine dining industry. Looking to obtain more knowledge outside of Florida, she relocated to Texas & New Mexico. It is in those states where she was able to receive the exceptional achievement of becoming an Executive Chef in the oil field.

In 2021, with all those experiences combine, Chef Andrea knew it was time for her to flourish in her goals as an entrepreneur and start her own catering company and food truck. Now a Private Chef, she's establishing her goal of creating her own brand to share with the world with her most recent home being Los Angeles, California.
