Born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida, Chef Andrea’s culinary journey began at home—guided by her mother, who introduced her to bold flavors and new recipes almost daily. These early experiences laid the foundation for what would become a deeply rooted passion and lifelong craft.

With over 15 years in the culinary industry, Chef Andrea has grown from working in mom-and-pop kitchens to mastering refined techniques in fine dining establishments. Her ambition led her beyond Florida to West Texas, and New Mexico, where she earned the distinguished title of Executive Chef in the oil field—an achievement marked by both skill and resilience.

In 2021, driven by her entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to bring her unique flavor to the forefront, Chef Andrea launched two brands:

  • Brunch Me Please – a chef-driven gourmet food truck offering bold, elevated takes on brunch favorites

  • I Am Chef Andrea Enterprises Co. – her luxury private chef and catering company specializing in intimate dinners, high-end events, and performance-based culinary services

Now based in Houston, Chef Andrea continues to serve elite clientele with intention, creativity, and unforgettable flavor. Each dish reflects her story—rooted in soul, inspired by travel, and refined by excellence.
